want to access file download dialog

Description

Hello,

When I am doing click in submit button, it is showing file download popup with open save and cancel button. I am using Internet explorer web driver to run test. I attached screenshot in attachment. as mention in other question we have to pass title but it not works for me because popup does not contain any dialog, even i am not able to find text as well using autoit script info tool. I am using C# with web driver.
Please help me as soon as possible.
