Description
I might me missing something but here it goes. The full install of AutoIt on a 64bit machine creates Start Menu shortcut for "Compile Script to .exe" that points to Aut2exe_x64.exe, which by default, has the x64 check box checked (compile for system:). This seems to indicate the 'default' compile, since the 32bit version isn't accessible unless you browse to the install folder manually. The SciTE4AutoIt install however doesn't pick up on this, and seems to use the 32bit compiler by default, which is somewhat counterintuitive.
Requesting that default compile mode for SciTE be the same as the default compile mode for a normal AutoIt install.

For me AutoIt3Wrapper defaults to the X64 version of AutoIt3.
What version of AutoIt3Wrapper are you using?
How are you compiling/running the script?

May install was a little out of date I suppose, it was using 3.3.4. Reinstalling AutoIt and SciTE4AutoIt made the compile/build options in scite work like they should. I think the issue came from a different install of scite I have for non-autoit related files...
Regardless, this ticket is unnecessary and can be closed. Sorry for your time.
