The full install of AutoIt on a 64bit machine creates Start Menu shortcut for ""Compile Script to .exe"" that points to Aut2exe_x64.exe, which by default, has the x64 check box checked (compile for system:). This seems to indicate the 'default' compile, since the 32bit version isn't accessible unless you browse to the install folder manually. The SciTE4AutoIt install however doesn't pick up on this, and seems to use the 32bit compiler by default, which is somewhat counterintuitive.
