Telnet capabilities

Description

Need to have telnet directly inside AU3 script. Using TCP* to port 23 will not work. It works on some telnet servers, but, some will not allow you to connect as it is expecting some type of handshaking to establish a connection.

Do not want to have to use external program for connection.
