SplashImage (or GUI) without border

Description
As reported here: http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=63535&st=0&gopid=474449&#entry474449
it seems there is no way to creat a borderless SplashImage or GUI. ATM atleast a thin border have to be there.
If not so difficult to implement it could be useful for specified visual effects.
