ToolTip text is not wrapped

Description

When writing a function with parameters, a ToolTip appears with a description and parameters.

The problem is: there is no text wrap on it; if the description is too long, it doesn't show completely.

This needs fixed in the SciTE core. We try not to deviate too much from the official SciTE version with our version.
