_Crypt_EncryptFile BUG - creating 1 kb file with wrong decryption password.

Hello,

I've found a bug regarding: _Crypt_EncryptFile

It will create a 1 kb file, if you provide a wrong decryption password. It shouldn't do that, and it's also able to detect the error with @error.
