Existing:

Index of array to start sorting (default 0 = first element)

I suggest:

Index of array to start sorting (default 0 = first element or row)

Existing:

Index of array to stop sorting (default 0 = last element)

I suggest:

Index of array to stop sorting (default 0 = last element or row)
