Where is "here"? I agree the file is not correct, but if you want it to be fixed you need to tell us where the link you used is to be found.

If you need v3.3.8.1 then you can download it from:

​http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/files/archive/autoit/

which does get you to the correct file.
