_GUICtrlRichEdit_StreamToVar
$iOpts [optional] additional options:
$SFF_PLAINTRTF - write only rich text keywords common to all languages
Should be: $SFF_PLAINRTF ... (there's a spurious T)
I know this is a small thing, but it cost me 20 minutes to find.
