FileReadToArray - Remarks proposal

Please add the Remarks section, additional description about something like this:
"There is no info about numbers of rows in [0] element."
or
"Use the UBound() to find number of the item."

ps.
I did not notice the small changes compared to the _FileReadToArray(), I think that also others may not notice the change right away and such additional information clearly indicates that subtle difference.
