Run's default workingdir

Description

The documentation mentions that ShellExecute/ShellExecuteWait's default workingdir is "the current working directory".

However, the documentation mentions that RunAsWait/RunAs' default workingdir is @SystemDir.

So which is it for Run? Please mention it in the documentation as well.
