Description

The following script cannot be executed unless we remove the Local

Local $oHTTP = ObjCreate("winhttp.winhttprequest.5.1")
Local $EventObject = ObjEvent($oHTTP, "Event_") ; <<<<<<<<<<<
$oHTTP.open("GET", "http://google.com", True)
$oHTTP.send()
