Generate syntax files for Forum, Wiki

Description

The script that generates the Au3Check definitions needs to also output in a format suitable for the forum and wiki so that syntax highlighting stays up-to-date.

Will probably require creation of symlinks on the server and adjustments to the upload script to automagically update the files when a release is uploaded. We'll see.
