Version column on is outdated in "Create New Ticket"
There is "latest" version 3.2.11.2
but in fact latest version should be 3.2.11.5

That's because it's manual and we don't do it very often. It'll be updated when I finish scripting it. Closing this as NO BUG since... since it'll be taken care of when I finish the script.
