little problem with an updown control

Description

When I move the pointer over an input control the right border shows up and partially covers the up/down buttons, then after moving the pointer back on the updown control it disappears. It looks a little obscure. I checked the updown control on some system window and it looks ok there.

No script, not wasting my time trying to chase this down. Closing as no bug.
