_GDIPlus Misspellings

There are a few typos in the _GDIPlus section of the helpfile. I searched through the issue tracker before posting.

_GDIPlus_ParamAdd

1) enocder -> encoder
2) ratationals -> rationals? | rotationals?
3) denomintor -> denominator

_GDIPlus_BitmapLockBits

1) pre-mulitiplied -> pre-multiplied

_GDIPlus_GraphicsFillPolygon

1) vertice -> vertex (there are six of these)

_GDIPlus_ImageGetWidth

1) Handle to am image object -> Handle to an image object

_GDIPlus_MatrixScale

1) Multiplyier -> Multiplier (there are two of these)

_GDIPlus_ParamInit

1) _GDIPlus_Param add -> _GDIPlus_ParamAdd

_GDIPlus_StringFormatSetAlign

1) @error=1
