get/set cookie value function

Description
I was looking for a way retrieving cookie data.
Unfortunately with no success so far (i.e without using external application).
the requested function(s) should have the ability
to set and retrieve a 'key=value' pairs.

Manual cookie manipulation isn't something AutoIt should have built-in.
UDFs are made for that.
