0xc00000c3 error upon exe execution

Reported by: scott.a.pozner@… Owned by:
Milestone: Component: AutoIt
Version: 3.3.6.0 Severity: None
Keywords: 0xc00000c3 Cc:

Description

When running AutoIT compiled exe's on Windows 7 x64 systems we intermittently see the exection of the exe fail from network shares. So far we cannot reproduce the error with any consistency and it appears that the only common variable is that they are all run from network shares. We've tried copying locally before execution and it appears that has resolved the issue but that adds wasted cycles to any process. It gives the following error:
'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00000c3). Click OK to close the application.'

We have verified that there are no issues with the firewall (HIPS) or the Virus scanner (McAfee) stopping execution. Any ideas?
