I don't think this is the correct solution as you are counting for the total of included files and not the total open files (includes in one script), which is causing the crash ... right?
... it will solve the crash doh. :)

I have found the solution for this issue and will post something this evening about the fix.

There is a Beta available for testing before I do the commit to solve this hardcrash.
