weaponx
Thats pretty cool, but I would have the Death Star orbiting Alderaan.

Zedna
Nice! Only one problem: Moon should have rotation to oposite side :-) Moon makes one turn for one rotation around the Earth so we can see only one half of its surface from the Earth. AdmiralAlkex
So is this a relative to that clock you showed me? Looks great anyway! .Some of my scripts: ShiftER, Codec-Control, Resolution switcher for HTC ShiftSome of my UDFs: SDL UDF, SetDefaultDllDirectories, Converting GDI+ Bitmap/Image to SDL Surface

monoceres
Thanks everyone @Zedna You're right but the script isn't made for real world simulation anyway, the problem is that the rotation around earth and rotation around itself is not calculated in the same way. Edit: Eh, it's not that much work, I fix it >_< @AdmiralAlkex The clock evolved into this. Thought it looked cooler Edit2: It now takes the moon one lap around the earth to rotate around itself. youknowwho4eva
I haven't looked at the new version, but if I'm not mistaken the moon also rotates around the earth in the same direction the earth revolves. Giggity

Delta
Nice but I think the moon is spinning the wrong way?? Please stop confusing "how to" with "how do"
martin
Edit2: It now takes the moon one lap around the earth to rotate around itself. Yes but the wrong way! If you change to this $mrot = (1-Mod($time,2*$PI)/(2*$PI))*$moontexturew $mrot2 = (1-Mod($time,2*$PI)/(2*$PI))*$moontexturew-$moontexturew it will make Zedna happy (and me). But who cares, it looks fantastic.
