953	New Function request – WinServiceStop and WinServiceStart	Madmikep		"Just a small request to have two new functions added to AutoIt. One to stop and one start a Windows Service.  I know you can use a run or runwait Net Stop but would like to see this in AutoIt.  Also maybe a WinServiceStop(""service name"" /force) to force a service that might not stop correctly.
