This is incorrect. Much like _GDIPlus_BitmapCreateFromFile, _GDIPlus_BitmapCreateFromGraphics, and _GDIPlus_BitmapCreateFromHBITMAP, _GDIPlus_BitmapCloneArea must also use _GDIPlus_BitmapDispose to release.
