It's been long. Let's do it again.

Considering my mode (I get that once a month, God knows why  ) I have three special songs to share.

When someone say "love", besides few people and Fonda, Birkin is what I though of.

There are really lots of songs about love. Three here.

For the next hour or two join me on 95.168.123.196 love channel:

  • Je t'aime...
  • Purple...
  • Smooth...
What are the names? I bet you don't know.

are you using sparkle ?

Hey Monoceres,

I'm really not good with bass and so even with your comments I'm not very confident to change things around. Is there a way of doing it, similar to Kip's post, where it sends maybe 1024 bytes of data and then waits until that's been played and then send the next packet, so the music is being transmitted in real time?

Thanks

Hello,

unfortunately this script doesn't play the song without problems. I'm trying through Wifi, so this should really be a much better connection then through the internet, and still it keeps having interruptions. It appears to be on the Broadcasters side, as sometime the Broadcaster was even freezing.

Can anyone look into it. Maybe it just needs some parameter adjustment.

WiFi uses the internet, so the results should be similar. Even if you meant using cell phone data, you're still hitting the internet eventually.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

Maybe I didn't make myself clear about this. I do it on local LAN through the router. My Laptop with the IP 192.168.1.100 hosts the Broascaster and the Desktop computer has the Radio and the Bass.dll, it's on 192.168.1.105. The Broadcaster is allowed on the firewall. I tried with a much smaller mp3, like 2 MB, there it seemed to stream all right. But with the 7 MB mp3 there were those long interruptions, so to play a 4 minute song took 8 minutes, as the interruptions took half the time.

I've found now, it doesn't matter about the size of the file, the Broadcaster keeps freezing most of the time. Tried with different Buffer size. Makes no difference.
