Some pixelsearch / Picture questions

Heya, it's been a long time since I last posted here

I'm wondering if I can do three things with autoit:

• Pixelsearch for NOT a color (Find the first pixel in a square that isn;t black or white)
• Find the darkest pixel in a picture, and it's coords
• Select or copy an image in an internet browser

Also, can Autoit find colors etc on a picture while it's in the clipboard, or would it have to be pasted onto the screen somewhere?
