Make a DLL that contains icons or other pictures

I have updated my code to make only one exe that support English and French language.

For those who want to add other languages, it is with pleasure that I would add them (edit the file RDG_Lang.au3 to add your language and send it to me).

Sorry I make a terrible mistake on the code ... Probably the emotion.

So I made the correction and all must be run correctly.

I added a MsgBox after saved the Dll to indicate it and 2 or 3 corrections.
