Force update/redraw gui

You can try sending a SendMessage() + WM_PAINT message.

_WinAPI_RedrawWindow ($GUI) ; Also sends $WM_PAINT

GUISetBkColor(0xF0F0F0)

Both redraw the window

Ah, the _WinAPI_RedrawWindow function is what I came across before and couldn't remember where/what it was. Thanks to both.
