Your AutoIt script could include the .exe that slug posted in your install package, run it, run your script, and then kill the process when you finish running the script, delete the file, then empty the trash!

Or however you see fit. It's a tiny file, so it won't bloat your script too much....and besides, you could keep it in place for later use the next time you need it.
