Hi I am new to AutoIT,Need help to get start

Hi everyone i am very new to AutoIT,Want to start with a application which will create a automatic mail with a attachment of given url in a xls file and some .png files as a body of mail.

So please help me and give me some URL which can help me to get start with AutoIT very firt time with this type of task.
