A BIG problem (Display unicode chars)

This is my string in Scite: MsgBox(0, "My text","Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam" )

But when i run this script, in message box show "Cá»ng hòa xã há»i chủ nghÄ©a Viá»t Nam"

Please tell me how to solve this problem! Thank so much! Any comment are always welcome!!! Thanks again!

to help you I need to know which os version you are running

the language of this OS

the keyboard you are using

The information are located in the "regional and language options" in the control panel

So the answer is if you want to use unicode char you need to have an input file of UTF-8 with a BOM such as the attached file.
