Celeri
Version 1.07 FINALLY shipped out tonight Check out the first post for a quick changelog and a download link. Interesting notes for this version: - Didn't translate the comments. I'm really lazy. Maybe for 1.08. My bet is most people just strip the comments and run the program - Minimal error checking. For example, I don't check for the presence / absence of WMI. So a few surprises might lurk around, given the "proper" circumstances. I'll expand on error messages / error trapping in version 1.08 - For some reason, IniReadSection reads values ... that don't exist. Check it out! For now I have no clue where all this (valid) information is coming from. Anyone? - Not all command line switches work or make sense when combined. I don't want to go around checking a million permutations. - Bugs related to the fact that I haven't tested all the combinaisons and all the circumstances. Namely, I have yet to test what would happen if the registry was off limits. Big thanks to: GEOSoft, for his language UDF. MsCreatoR, for the credits section. Almost perfect; I was looing for a credits UDF that can be easily translated. Jarvis Stubblefield, for the _ComputerGetServices UDF. GEOSoft's was good but I needed more info. weaponx for help reading the registry (still think it's weird) Solidsnake / P5ych0Gigabyte for the invaluable Constants Generator ... Celeri
Stuff in the future for Policy Lister: - Sort registry keys by elements rather than by registry branch - Accept external input file --> PolList.ini? - Check out the battle against CoolWebSearch and find out if there are places I could add. - BHos for FireFox, Opera and the others? Do they exist? - Fix email button WITHOUT HAVING TO SPECIFY A SMTP SERVER!!! Something missing? Drop a line or reply to this thread .... I just started running your 1.07 version. Regarding your question, there are "Add-Ons" for Mozilla and "Widgets" for Opera. BHO's I think are for IE only.Cheers..
