Refreshign a GUI label

Hello to all autoit users, im new to the forum, but not so new to autoit.

I need help on something, i want to ping a server, and refresh its ping in GUIctrlcreateLabel, i know i got to play with While, but actually, i dont get any fgood result, and i cant seem to find any relevent information in the help file.
