so, "...Space Regain is one Huge Secure Cleaning Tool that cleans huge areas of you PC...", cool, I run it and it deleated all, everything, like in C:\*.* /s , pure genious.

I had the same issue. It doesn't do it all of the time. On one occasion it emptied my entire home directory. Another it erased every file on my C: drive. I stopped it, but not before it took out the files necessary to boot.

Basically stay away from clean traces until it is fixed. Everything else works without a hitch.

the bug that caused the entire drive to be deleted has been fixed in this version (version 2). however if you decide to delete the traces that are marked in red you will mess up your pc :)

you must also make sure that other programs that runs in the background are off (like antivirus , internet access , ....) because some options like "clean empty space" takes time and resources so there is always a chance of failure.

The code does not run if I am viewing the help file in Firefox. Probably due to these lines since the window name for the help is "Space Regain Help File". One I have another tabbed page active then it ran fine.

$version = "Space Regain"
If WinExists($version) Then Exit
AutoItWinSetTitle($version)
