The only good answer is a properly managed proxy, like Squid, and a properly configured router that won't let anything but the proxy out.If you want to get in an IT arms race with your users:You'll change the settings in IE at Tools/Internet Options/Security tab....they'll figure out how to change it back....you'll counter with an enforced policy....they'll download Firefox and laugh....you'll try to lock them into a restricted shell....they'll boot a Knoppix CD and browse anyway....you'll start muttering under your breath about "no respect for authority"....etc. Valuater's AutoIt 1-2-3, Class...
