Oh yeah.. if you are really into programming math, learn Pascal. :shocked:

Pascal has a lot more to offer than just it's tremendous math capability. BTW: Delphi is Pascal based.

If Windows is your target and your interest is academic. Start with C. Then create C dll's and use them from Autoit.

If you have to learn the Object Oriented way use Java (from the academic point of view).

If you have the time learn C++.
