Ok alot of people want them, and alot of people have attempted and failed. This one is easily customizable for new colors.

Works in all resolutions. A more up to date Colors.ini will come in a week once I can get to all the zones at day and night to update it. Statistics to be implemented.

Now you all can quit asking for a WoW fishing bot. Here is one, hopefully it will help clear the forum a bit.

Well... using Patch 2.0.8 and fishing in Zangramarsh this script wouldn't work for me. I didn't try anywhere else. The mouse would move around and then cast the bobber but then wouldn't search for the pixel. I think its a bit too complicated for what i need it to do, so I will try and slim it down.

Anyone else have any luck?

Warden detects AutoIt.

I made a password manager for my accounts, that's about as far as AutoIt's getting into my client.

Warden can detect near anything. They only use a 'blacklist' to ban hacks. It's doubt full (yet possible) they'd ban for this.

I've been playing with autoit for awhile now and haven't gotten any ban emails from Blizzard. My 3 hr ban was damn near instantaneous when I used that mouse clicker program to anti-afk and auto join the BGs.

Some time ago i made a fishing bot that works without presets (meaning that you don't have to set color before run -tho you off cause have to set what button you throw your pole, and what button you have your buff (like glowing bubbles etc)).

I have even made a custom UI for the bot to do statistics (cought count) and ignore "trash fish"....

If you need some help with making your bot "Color Independent" send me a pm.

afaik some of my friends who play the game still use it, so im pretty sure it still works..

1 DON'T steal / copy impact-code or functions from others when making stuff like this.

2 DON'T post it on widely known h@ck1ng sites (like edge:nuke:fn:nuke:where.cc) (or h@ck1ng sites at all for that matter), Blizzard obviously look there first when they add to their "warden ban list".

i opened the creating console at one stage.. it seems that you can set a particular set of skills to run in order.. but im not sure.

And the way AutoIt works you won't get banned for running a bot made out of it just because Warden caught you. You may get banned because someone reported you for botting and when the GMs investigated you were still botting and they will then ban you.

Oh and about the websites that Blizzard looks at, my fishbot has been up since 1.7 on the same site which Blizzard frequently checks and it still works just fine and people don't get banned unless your reported.

Also @AutoitSmith, dunno if this is your original post or not, but at http://rpg-exploiters.shoq.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5650 it looks like I beat you to a GUI'd fishbot by about 11 days I do admit, my isn't near as pretty as yours. But functions about the exact same way

This bot works very well on 90% of the area, you have only to customize the colour (EACH SCREEN HAVE HIS OWN COLOUR ), predefined colours DONT WORK, the creator of this bot is a genius, the user have only to know a little bit of Hexadecimal XD

Sorry for my bad english, my knowledge of Hexadecimal is better of my english.

This program works like a charm. Thanks, AutoIt Smith.

I know ... I know .... I bash bots all day long, normally, but this one caught my eye and I decided to use it. When combined with a certian fishing assistant WoW add-on, this bot is deadly to the poor critters in the ponds.

I've made some modifications to the program to allow for use with the fishing assistant and am quite happy with the results. It now auto-casts lures when needed (Bright Baubles +75) and auto-loot is only on when I have a fishing pole in hand.

There is one small hiccup though:

• When the bobber is out in the distance, occasionally the splash detection fails. I would guess this happens on the order of about 5% (base) plus up to an additional max of 10%, so the effect on one's fish take is minimal.

Even with this ... I hesitate to call it such, but it really is ... bug, it's a very well written piece of software. Good job.

Thanks. I just decided one day when I had 3 hours that fishing sucks and I wanted to make a universal one. It's now developed into Project Spotlight which can be viewed on the edge of nowhere forums
