Create Explorer Context Menu

Is it possible to create entries in the Window's explorer context menu with AutoIT? I've had a wee look through the forums and have found where to work with the menu.

I have not played yet.. but it seems from reading the whole thread that AnyGui can edit an existing menu?? My guess, without testing, is that all (including future) context menus wont be changed?
