stevechapi Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Here is what I am trying to accomplish and not sure what tools I need. I am a noob at scripting. uninstall cisco vpn software (then Restart) install new version vpn software I would like this to be unattended. We have to upgrade hundreds of boxes but want to automate it..dont know if this can be done. I have played around with batch files and cant seem to get it going. I can kick off the uninstall but cant select "yes" or "no" when prompted thru the batch file. Is autoit an option for me to automate this entire process? Please help!
Uten Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Use the search link at the top right of the page. Use +install +software (+ if you want multiple words to occur). In the initiating search make sure to select the "search titles only" option. Happy hunting, There are several treads on this topic Please keep your sig. small! Use the help file. Search the forum. Then ask unresolved questions :) Script plugin demo, Simple Trace udf, TrayMenuEx udf, IOChatter demo, freebasic multithreaded dll sample, PostMessage, Aspell, Code profiling
