The forum throws some carriage returns in there. It should be one long string of numbers, no breaks.

THESCRIPTEREST == Scriptorectomy == john is scripting himself

2nd

In Scripterectomy's post, he links to "his script", where he helped "others" with a project. "Others", if you look at the thread, is himself in two different places.

Scripterectomy = 168.43.52.78

Ok, so the last IP doesn't match, but same region code, and look at his AVATAR pic, it's the same frieking band. Does he think we're idiots?

his post = john the scripts post, and john the scripts IP = THESCRIPTERS IP = THEY ALL THE SAME

I am so confused right now... WTF is going on here? Lol.. Why is he sneaking around, making accounts to compliment himself on something anyone with a 51 IQ could do? I dont understand it lol.. So pointless...

Besides, his script is of zero use to me since I already have a script that allows me to grab a screen from any remote machine, not just the local one. I use it to check whether a given machine at our school is being abused by the user. I also have a script to mute any target machine, to take control of any machine, and of course, to shut down any machine if its user is breaking our useage rules...

What are the scripts called?... (God Control? :think: j/k) Now those would be very interesting indeed :(

Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.

I use them in conjunction with the Active Directory Task functions. I choose a machine in AD and then run the script as a shell command. They all rely on a variety of other utilities and programs that include psexec, irfanview, dameware remote control, clipboard, etc.

Psexec from Sysinternals is one of the most useful tools as it allows you to run a program on a remote machine. From there the possibilities are endless. Will not work with XP Home edition and requires that you have some very high level permissions...
