Remove the "Immersive Control Panel.Lnk"

I hope that the day finds you well!

Does anyone know of a 'ways-and-means" of being able to remove the "Immersive Control Panel.Lnk"?

Any methods I have tried have all failed. I am able to manually delete the link however.

PS: I do NOT want to remove the executable...I just want to remove the link...even though Windows appears to refer to this link as a "system file"?

As always...any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated!
