I tried using the Wininfo tool, but not getting the class.

I suggest IrfanView. It has a batch mode, so there is no need to automate the Photo Viewer :)

Hello Water, thanks for replying.
I dont want to view the jpg files, but i have to edit and adjust the brightness contrast and set the jpg files to B&W Warm box/filter

IrfanView is not just a viewer. You can edit pictures as well. And you can do it in batch mode.

@SimonL  If you insist relying to your photo editor, I believe (based on the print screens you posted) you will need to use UIAutomation.  But I suggest that you invest some time to study IrfanView like suggest above.
