Self-opening a popup window (sometimes)

Hi.
I have ver. 3.3.16.1
After computer restart all my scripts work properly.
During debug and code writing  (notepad++) (run  code by regular 2 clicks on the script) , I start to get some small empty windows (with script name in title).
If I press "X", it close the script also. 
It happens also on scripts without any GUI.
After restart it is back to work properly.

How to solve it ?

without the script, only tip
try running it from SciTE4AutoIt3.exe to see if it has the same behavior (maybe it's something from the notepad executor)

Thanks. Running by SciTE fixes the issue without restarting pc.

It was happened on all scripts.
