Manage extensionAttributes of AD computers or users object

I need a script that allows me to read, verify and possibly write extensionAttribute13 of a computer object or user object in Active Directory, is this possible via Active Directory UDF?
Can someone post me some example lines?

What have you tried so far?

Let's say nothing at the moment for the specific problem: I have basic knowledge of Autoit but not advanced, I wanted to try the Autoit UDF but having an account to try with which also has writing for some authorizations on AD and a domain in operation of many computers I can't afford to do random tests to avoid doing damage

You could ask your domain admin to create an OU with full permissions for you to play with. Maybe they have a test domain where you could test your script?
