Need a swiping method that lets go midway to the end point

Okay so basically I need to write this little script where I need to simulate some swipes but on this app the swipes only work if you "let go" off the mouse button while youre still moving to the endpoint if that makes sense.

MouseClickDrag("left", 970, 180, 970, 130)

or

MouseMove(970, 180, 0)
MouseDown("left")
MouseMove(970, 130, 10)
MouseUp("left")

dont really work because they count more as drag than swipe, because they let go off the left mouse button when they got to the endpoint. any help?
