CCTools 2.0 : a CapCut tool in AutoIT3

If you use the CapCut video editor, you'll discover a great piece of software but lacking in some spots.

This program attempts to make life easier for the end user : fixing a few bugs and adding some interesting functionality :

• Displays and extracts subtitles made with Auto Caption, visible or not
• Displays and extracts resources (images, audio and video)
• Exports chapters for use in YouTube (using CapCut's markers)
• Backups and restores your projects individually using 7-zip
• Backups all your projects in one go (experimental)
• Deletes older versions of CapCut and enables you to make a backup before doing so. Note : I saved ~90gb of drive space with that function alone!

Update 21/05/2024 : Another truckload of bugfixes. Of note is a complete conversion to ListView, so GUIScrollbars_Ex is not needed anymore, Program now shows internal and missing resources in _Show_Resources() and so much work in the help file. I also squished a bug in _Extract_Chapters(). Last entry was written as "00:00:00". Detailed changes and bugfixes in the help file. 

Update 17/05/2024 : A huge amount of bugfixes, notably a regression causing bad timing to be written to the .SRT file, Now includes a valid help file that is extracted when running the program.
