I went to upload an image .png size:15 KB,  and it gives me this message

is there any personal limit?

of course there will be!  but I didn't see it anywhere.

How can I find the files I uploaded, so I can manage them better?

@ioa747 in a few days I'll have the same issue as yours. Actually, this is what can be read in "My Attachements" pages (which contain 22 pages) :

You have used 7.93 MB of your 8 MB attachment limit.

In the Attachment page, there's a way to "Sort by" Upload date, or FileName, or Size.
Sort by Size is interesting as it allows you to detect the biggest attachements, though some of them shouldn't be deleted if they're part of a post where their presence contributes to the understanding of the post.

Edit: half of an hour after, 20 Attachment pages remainining (they were 22) and :

You have used 6.31 MB of your 8 MB attachment limit.

changed all images from 24bpp to 8bpp and 4bpp, threw some away,  and got to 37%, for now it's good.
