[SOLVED] TraySetOnEvent($TRAY_EVENT_MOUSEOVER, "") ; Does not work

Run this script and hover over the tray icon.

Func _overTray() should never fire but it does many times:

#include <TrayConstants.au3>

Opt("TrayOnEventMode",1)

TraySetOnEvent($TRAY_EVENT_MOUSEOVER, "_overTray")
TraySetOnEvent($TRAY_EVENT_MOUSEOVER, "")

While 1

    Sleep(100)
WEnd

Func _overTray()

    ConsoleWrite(@SEC & ' ')
    Sleep(1000)
EndFunc

Your script as written works fine for me. I'm using v3.3.16.0

If I run the script, the _overTray function is never called.
If I comment out the 2nd TraySetOnEvent then the function fires as expected.

Looks like this was [fixed] a while back. What version are you using?

You're right -- I just upgraded from 3.3.14.5, and it works right now.
