why this #include statement:

#include <QuickPDF.au3>                                      ; added:09/27/22 13:49:00

is relative ?

I was expecting that it will be direct location:

#include "c:\AutoItPortable\MyIncludeSet\mLipok\QuickPDF.au3"                                      ; added:09/27/22 13:49:00

I was working on KK_Poszukiwacz.au3 project.

And this was added:

KK_Poszukiwacz_stripped.au3 exist only in the same directory as KK_Poszukiwacz.au3 file.

My question is:
Are all AU3 files in the main script directory treated as UDFs ?

(sigh) did you check the helpinfo I wrote or is there anything unclear that I should change?

EDIT: I guess what you are saying that I should not read the *.stripped.au3 script to be used as an include option! That is something I definitely agree on and will change. (Sorry to be somewhat slow)

I have added a check for *_stripped.au3 to skip those script directory source files from being scanned for VARs & FUNCs.
Try the current ZIP version.

May I ask how I can define that the calltips will be poped up when I type at least 3 chars ?

In my personal opinion, this tooltip window is showing up too often.

At the beginning, with one character, they are badly matched, because a single character displays almost all available hints, so the amount of data and the intensity of changes causes eye fatigue after prolonged use.

Therefore, introducing the option to display hints only after entering 3 characters should largely solve this problem.

An ability to choose the number of characters typed before the autocomplete appears would be a nice option - if it does not complicate things too much.

I have added this property which will allow you to set the minimal length before the AutoComplete is shown for other than Marco's(@) & Directives(#):

# Define minimum length before AutoComplete dropdown is shown- default=2
autocomplete.au3.min.length=2

Default is now set to 2 characters, so give that a spin and see if that makes it better for you.

Whether due to the new functionality, the old ones were turned off, in particular: au3.user.calltips.api
?

 

If not - then I have some issue and must focus on investigation - what I do wrong.

I still want to use au3.user.calltips.api in some scirpts/projects.
I have script where I do not use this new LUA autocomplete feature:

My issue is that SciTE do not popup caltips defined in au3.user.calltips.api  file.

So I ask:
Due to the new functionality (LUA autocomplete), the old ones (au3.user.calltips.api) have been disabled or should still work ?

Calltips is a different from AutoComplete. Calltips will show info about known functions.
Are you saying that the regular CallTips still work but the User calltips do not?  Not even when you use the Option in the EditMenu or press Ctrl+Shift+Space?
Just tested and that works for me, so what have you done to disable "I have script where I do not use this new LUA autocomplete feature" ?
I tested with both y & n for:

#SciTE4AutoIt3_Dynamic_Include=n
