Fixing .au3 file type associations

For some reason, on a fresh Windows install, when I installed AutoIt and SciTE it did not properly register the .au3 file type for context menu options ("Edit Script" "Run Script" "Compile Script" etc. along with right click > new > AutoIt v3 Script.) I think it's because I opened a script in Notepad before I reinstalled AutoIt. Uninstall/reinstall of AutoIt did not fix this.

I've tried removing the .au3 file type association from registry and reinstalling but that did not fix it either. Does anyone know how I can get this set properly?

It is very easy to find what is when you install SciTE4AutoIt3 full installer and start SciTEConfig. 
Start SciTEConfig Select "Other Tools"/"Run AutoIt3/SciTE check" which will show you a page with information and which registry keys need fixing

Please don't just post a REG file to import without knowing the exact issue at hand!  
Also no need for all the uninstalling/Installing!

Oh and NEVER do a rightmouseclick with Always open with as that causes these type of problems in the first place!!!!!!!!
