ahha,

Alas, the forum software stopped giving post numbers quite a few updates ago. Jon managed to create a workaround for while, but further updates made even that too difficult.

The person refering to a post could rightclick the "Posted" time of the post and copy and paste the link to it. like if I rightclick jquinch's "Posted 33 minutes ago" and copy the link...

..it jumps to his post when clicked.
